• Lead onboarding experiences that wow customers from day one
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate onboarding, training, and support
• Ensure smooth implementation of IT & automation solutions
• Create customer user guides and training programs
• Be the go-to person for go-live support and post-launch check-ins
